Spinrollz KYC Verification Process
Spinrollz runs KYC checks to confirm who you are, where you live, and that the payment method you use belongs to you. Verification is requested inside your account, and you upload documents to a secure form.
- Identity (ID/Passport): Spinrollz asks for a clear photo of a valid government ID. Accepted options include a passport, national ID card, or driving licence. The image must show the full document, all four corners, your photo, name, date of birth, document number, and expiry date. If the casino requests it, you also submit a selfie (or short video selfie) to match your face to the ID.
- Address proof: Spinrollz requests a document dated within the last 90 days showing your full name and residential address. Typical options include a utility bill (electricity, gas, water), a bank statement, or an official government letter. Screenshots and edited PDFs fail checks; the file needs to be a full-page scan or a clear photo.
- Payment method: Spinrollz verifies the funding method used for deposits and withdrawals. For bank cards, you upload photos of the card showing your name and the first 6 and last 4 digits; you cover the middle digits and the CVV code. For e-wallets, Spinrollz asks for a screenshot of the wallet profile page with your name and account email/ID, plus a transaction that matches a deposit. If you deposit by bank transfer, Spinrollz asks for a bank statement or online banking page showing your name and IBAN/account number.
Spinrollz requests KYC when you submit your first withdrawal, when you reach internal withdrawal or deposit limits, when you change personal details, or when the system flags unusual activity such as repeated failed payments or a change of device and location.
